util/cbfstool: Add ARM64 Image support

Add support for booting Linux ARM64 Image.

* Add new ARM64 trampoline code
* Add ARM64 Image detection
* Parse the Image and mark it relocateable if no loadaddress was given
* Place the trampoline 64 KiB before the Linux Image

Tested on qemu-armv8 and Linux 4.15.
