Patch Set 1:

Since this patch:
> 80ff038b28 driver/pc80/tpm: Runtime generate ACPI table for TPM driver
Including the ASL shound't be necessary anymore.
I still keep the change open as modprobe tpm_tis doesn't result in /dev/tpm0 appearing.

Instead I have to do the following:
modprobe tpm_tis itpm=1 force=1
