I totally agree with Kyösti and Nico. Deleting actively used board implmentations is definitely wrong. If you want to get rid of the fsp 1.0 stuff by replacing it with the native impl. you have to adapt all boards and mark this change to be a long term goal. In short words this can take some time because of the companies doing QA for this boards. But before this can be done as Kyösti already said, you need to ask Intel to make a legal exception for the native code.
