PS1, Line 13: Build & boot on soraka. Ensure IMVP8 controller goes to low power
            : mode in S3 and S0ix by measuring power.
Can you please run a few stress tests and see everything looks good?
- suspend stress test (with s3 and s0ix)
- warm reboot stress test
