    x86/acpi: Add VFCT table

Add VFCT table to provide PCI Optiom Rom for
    AMD graphic devices.
Useful for GNU Linux payloads and embedded dual GPU systems.

Tested on Lenovo T500 with AMD RV635 as secondary gpu.
