mb/lenovo/x200: Add ACPI methods to set battery thresholds

TESTED with acpi_call: install the acpi_call module,
and run as root: ``echo "\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC.BAT0.SLT xx" >
/proc/acpi/call`` and check with ``ectool -d`` that byte 0x24 holds the
value in hex that you wanted to set.
