util/board_status: Add option to build & push cbmem to remote host

Needing to have cbmem already installed on the remote host is an isssue
that reportedly cuts down on the number of people testing their boards.

- Add a command line parameter to use a pre-built cbmem
- Build cbmem if no pre-built binary is supplied
- Copy cbmem binary to remote host
