    intel/kunimitsu: Update DPTF settings
    
    After tuning the temperature values for optimal performance,
    this patch updates few DPTF settings for Kunimitsu board.
    
    BUG=None
    BRANCH=None
    TEST=Built and booted on Kunimitsu boards. Verified these
    updated DPTF settings with different workloads.
