    soc/intel/apollolake: Relocate FSP-M during insertion in CBFS
    
    Since FSP-M is run in CAR (as opposed to XIP), its default link
    address may need to be changed. Since cbfstool can relocate FSP
    blobs, take advantage of that feature.
