    soc/apollolake/lpc: Allow configuring SERIRQ via devicetree
    
    Every other SOC uses a CONFIG_* flag to enable or disable SERIRQ
    continuous mode. Why they do that is beyond me, but the way we
    implement it on apollolake is via devicetree.
