    soc/intel: indicate to build system that XIP_ROM_SIZE isn't used
    
    The XIP_ROM_SIZE Kconfig variable isn't used for these chipsets.
    Therefore, indicate as such so that romstage can be placed in
    cbfs less rigidly.
