    mainboard/cubieboard: use bootblock_mainboard_early_init

since commit f1e321001d5954096f06f9a43138219a9a46536e, the UART init
should be in bootblock_mainboard_early_init() which runs before
    console init. (see src/lib/bootblock.c)
