    Makefile.inc: error if UPDATE_IMAGE is enabled with no coreboot.rom
    
    Instead of just failing with the statement:
    'mv: cannot stat ‘coreboot.rom’: No such file or directory',
    fail with an error that helps the user understand the issue.
