    t132: Add TIMESTAMP region to memlayout.ld
    
    If timestamps need to be enabled for t132-boards, build would break
    because TIMESTAMP region does not exist. With this change, t132 boards
    can enable "COLLECT_TIMESTAMPS" without any build error.
