Stefan Reinauer (stefan.reinauer at coreboot.org) just uploaded a new patch set to gerrit, which you can find at http://review.coreboot.org/10111

-gerrit

commit 9bcba4437230df25d3674a17f0bac9a5c13e6096
Author: Stefan Reinauer <stefan.reinauer at coreboot.org>
Date: Tue May 5 13:12:58 2015 -0700

This utility was only used to debug the initial ARM Chromebook bringup,
but it's not really useful anymore.
