Patrick Georgi (pgeorgi at google.com) just uploaded a new patch set to gerrit, which you can find at http://review.coreboot.org/9089

-gerrit

commit 01475ba1d299fb2306c90de960aad28b977325f2
Author: Aaron Durbin <adurbin at chromium.org>
Date: Thu Sep 18 11:52:16 2014 -0500

    arm64: split cpu.c

The cpu.c contains some helpful construts as well as ramstage
devicetree handling. Split the 2 pieces so that cpu.c can be
    reused in secmon.
