    danube: Use the generic timer interface
    
    Actual timer support is not yet available for Danube, it will be added
    soon. For now, just to make the target build, modify it to use
    GENERIC_UDELAY and HAVE_MONOTONIC_TIMER configuration option.
    
    BUG=none
    TEST=the target builds again
