commit 97e235b477aa7537b4261a96c3aa189e03d047a9
Author: Stefan Reinauer <reinauer at chromium.org>

elog: Fix compilation with CONFIG_CHROMEOS enabled

On ChromeOS devices the ELOG section size and offset are
provided by the FMAP, rather than KConfig. Some upstream
refactoring broke compilation in that case.
