    Skylake: Initialize GPIOs for UART2
    
    FSP will initialize GPIOs during TempRamInit.
    So, Configure LPSS UART2 GPIOs in native mode
    after TempRamInit.

    EST=Build and boot on RVP3. Check LPSS logs on UART2
