    AMD Merlin Falcon: Disable UMA if external graphics is used
    
    For Carrizo, if the external is used as primary graphics, the
    internal graphics can not be used. so we let the GFXUMA be
    depended on ONBOARD_VGA_IS_PRIMARY.
