    NOTFORMERGE: radeon: Add minimal initialization for ARUBA
    
    This is an example of how ASIC specific functionality can backend into
    the radeon dispatcher.
    
    BONUS: This solves an issue where the system would hang at boot when
    the IOMMU was enabled, but no VBIOS was present.
