    mainboard/*/romstage.c: Fix 'lib/delay.c' inclusion
    
    Use 'delay.h' header rather than directly including 'delay.c'
    source. N.B. Some amdfam10 and K8 boards are not included in
    this changeset since unrelated issues are woven in there.
