    Arrange CBMEM table entries' IDs alphanumerically
    
    This is a no-op change just sorting the CBMEM entries' definitions for
    easy look up and comparison.

    BUG=none
    TEST=Booted a storm device, observed the expected CBMEM entries
         present in the console output.
