    util/sconfig/main.c: Free memory pointed to by `outputc`
    
    Cppcheck 1.65 reports the error below.
    
    	[main.c:709]: (error) Memory leak: outputc
    
    So free the memory space pointed to by `outputc` to fix the memory
    leak.
