CorebootPayloadPkg doesn't have the hooks requires for CSM, you'd need to use OMVH as a model to integrate the CSM. I've played around with it but never got it working. Basically compile with CONFIG_CSM=y, then copy the binary into the EDK2 tree and build ovmf with -D CSM_ENABLE.
