patch 1166 removed the 16 byte offset added to gbt in cpu/x86/pc/resetend.fth<br>
this causes qemu to hang at line 35 (far jump)<br>
reverting changes to lines 18, 22, and 31 fixes.  (adding '#h 10 +' back in)<br>
