Hello Vinamra,

having VHDL experience is very important for that project, but you
also need to know the communication interface(s) of flash chips to
design the emulator. A profitable way to start with that is adding
support for yet unknown chips to flashrom by studying their datasheets
and the information needed by flashrom to support new chips. Please see

to do that.
