I'm assuming the LPT port on the chip is in use.

why do you think it is related to Rayer?

It seems to be similar to the concept of ft2232_spi but using another
USB bridge chip, namely CH341A.

Patches welcome... it certainly does not work *yet* with flashrom but
I don't see a reason why we could not add support for it.
