I am trying to read BIOS from chips MX25L6473E and MX25L3273E, both are installed in Thinkcentre M93p Tiny. 

I finally managed to have a BIOS read from both chips, however when I tried to verify between the BIOS chips with the resulting file, verification process always failed. I tried to do multiple BIOS read, but verification after each read always failed. Each failed verification results is different failure report one after another. 

I am using flashrom v1.2 installed in macOS Mojave.
