Many times in the last weeks, i was unable to in-circuit flash under Arch.

However in the past i could flash with, but under Xubuntu. In the past months i was migrated many of my systems to arch.

Can it be a kernel- or distroproblem?

No, actually that's not the problem but that something else is
accessing the SPI interface of the chipset (just like the message
says). I don't have a solution for that currently, sorry.
