Hi,

I am about to try updating my FLASH BIOS over the next couple of hours - i wondered how long you guys will be there for right now and whether you might be able to help me out if it goes horribly wrong?

I am using Asus F1 A55-M LX motherboard - which i do not see listed in your table of supported/tested devices - would you recommend i give  'flashrom' a go anyway?

(note: flashrom seems to recognize my chip set, etc - here is the output of a successful flashrom backup i just made:

rcain@rcain-ubuntu:~/Backups/120815_1720_flashrom_backup$ sudo flashrom -p internal -r backup.rom -o backuplog.txt
flashrom v0.9.6.1-r1563 on Linux 3.13.0-61-generic (x86_64)
flashrom is free software, get the source code at http://www.flashrom.org

Calibrating delay loop... OK.
Found chipset "AMD Hudson". Enabling flash write... OK.
Found Winbond flash chip "W25Q32" (4096 kB, SPI) at physical address 0xffc00000.
Reading flash... done.

)

Many thanks for any help/advise you can give.
