You need to obtain that file, the support page for your mainboard is a good place to look for an update.


got

newbios.bin: No such file or directory

checked out home directory:

ls

and "backup.bin" is in there. It makes sense that it's in there. The
question for me is where bios.bin? I did a search for it on my entire
file system and nothing comes up. What does it mean if there is no
bios.bin or newbios.bin on my system? What went wrong?
