Dear Flashrom:

I have a motherboard with legacy bios P1.30-15C 8-pin chip with the symbols imprinted on the chip:                 Winbond

                                25080BVA16

                                 1216 or I2I6

Which flashrom utility do I download to update to UEFI firmware?  The author recommended using flashrom utility.  There downloads libusb-win32-bin-x.y.z.t.zip and unpack /libusb-win32-bin-x.y.z.t/bin.  How do I proceed?
