Hi,<br><br>I have a Asus motherboard (p7p55d-e pro) with (I believe) an onboard Marvell 9120 Sata 3 controller.  I also have an add on  card Sata controller with a Marvell 9123 chip.  When I updated my firmware, both devices were found and updated but upon reboot the &quot;on board&quot; Marvell Controller is bricked.  It no longer appears in the boot up/bios sequence.<br>

<br>I&#39;m looking for a way to flash the chip back preferably in circuit.  Is this something flashrom can do?  The Marvell Flash device is macronix MX25L4005A.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Pete<br><br> I&#39;m pretty sure this is the controller that&#39;s not responding<br>
