hi Vadim, i am trying to flashing the gigabyte dual bios at this moment, have you ever tried to boot coreboot from the main bios? i flashed the main bios, but the board always did the checksum failed, the restore the bios to the legacy bios. Fix out-of-bounds ICH FREG permission printing. A bit was masked, but not shifted, and that led to worst-case accesses of index 24 in an array with 4 members. I've improved readability in the variable declaration block as well. Thanks to Stephen Kou for reporting the bug. new chip: AMIC A25L80P

Hi all, I've tested flashrom with a new chip, the AMIC A25L80P. This is a 1 MB SPI chip that seems to be straightforwardly related to the AMIC A25L40PU, which has half the capacity but is otherwise identical. (Found datasheet at http://www.datasheetarchive.com/pdf/getfile.php?dir=Datasheet-078&file=DSAE…<http://www.datasheetarchive.com/pdf/getfile.php?dir=Datasheet-078&file=DSAE…>). I am attaching a patch, as well as the output of flashrom -VE, -Vr, and -Vw run on this chip with the patch in place. I'm programming it via the AMD SB7x0 interface. Everything works fine... at least, I used it to upgrade my BIOS and I've been able to reboot ;-) I also attempted to test the block-by-block erase/write capabilities, which seemed to work as well... but I'm less familiar with how to use these properly. Good day, I have flashing problem. The Pm49FL004T flash recognized automatically. I can read it no problem. But I can't re-flash it. Hi, I'm trying flashrom (r1074) on a HP Pavillion t3170.dk. This machine uses a ASUS PTGD-LA mainboard which HP/Compaq calls by "Puffer2-UL8E".[1] Probe, read and verify works fine. But write fails.
