[Flashrom-stable] [announce] RC2 for v1.1 ready

Hi,

with v1.1-rc2, another RC is ready.

Only two small changes:
* jlink_spi is enabled by default when building with Meson
* linux_mtd is not automatically used for the internal programmer on x86

I'm almost through with testing, so this RC will most likely become
the release in a few days.
