flashchips: Add Zetta Device ZD25LQ128

Tested probe, read, erase, write, verify on ZD25LQ128AWIG chips
using Linux SPI and DediProg SF100 programmers.

Renamed ZETTADEVICE_ macros to ZETTA_ to accomodate longer suffixes.
