Actually there are a lot more cpu's available to do that. You can use
a pentium-m on such a board (there are boards mini-itx that supports
them), you can use a athlon64 low power (there are athlon64, socket
939, that consumes 35W, so just some watts more in comparison with
pentium-m) and also opteron64, socket 940, that consumes 30W.
There is also an epia board that has dual cpu instead of only one.
The support from linuxbios for these systems, has to be answered by
another guy, sorry!
