[PATCH] Geode GX2 post code patch

This patch lets Geode GX2 use geode_post_code.h just like LX and cleans up 
gx2def.h and geode_post_code.h a little.
It is abuild tested and boot tested on my Wyse S50.

As this is a trivial patch and i didn`t wanted to put a burden on  the already 
overloaded review team i acked it myself.
Now i "just" need somebody with SVN access to commit it. ;)
