Hello,
Following patch fixes the retrain/reset sequence which caused problem with some nVidia cards. The enable link should be enough, retrain is done there.

I didn't see problems before, so you should probably wait for Jonathan's answer, but after the patch my PCI-E card continues to work, so at least it doesn't break anything :)

I applied the patch against SVN 3136 and it works for me.
