Hello,
After flashing my T60 (ATI X1400) to coreboot my laptop screen will not come up, even after adjusting the brightness keys. I can output video fine via DVI via a port replicator. I've heard that other ATI users have had similar problems and I'm attaching my oprom, dmesg, and xrandr output for anyone to have a look.

Flashing with a vgabios.bin extracted from vendor bios fixes this. I am now having trouble getting thinkpad_acpi working correctly.

What do you mean exactly? Both VGA Option ROMs are from the vendor BIOS. From our conversation in #coreboot [1], is the following correct?
1. It did *not* work with the VGA Option ROM extracted from the firmware image file downloaded from the Lenovo Web site [2][3].
2. It did work with the VGA Option ROM extracted from the system running the vendor BIOS [4].
Kyösti and Patrick suggested that the VGA Option ROM in the firmware image does not contain the necessary IDs for the used graphics card and the vendor BIOS adds these/patches at every boot.
I am now having trouble getting thinkpad_acpi working correctly.
Please start a separate thread for that.
Thanks,
Paul

Hi,
You're most welcome to work on fixing the issues that you identify. Please push commits to gerrit for review once you believe that they are reasonably finished.

You'll have to look into why. Nobody will do it for you just because you send an email to a list.
