In case if we are trying to install windows OS for the first time and GOP driver is not loaded for the Intel iGPU in that case I understand there will be blank out.

I'd have to test to be sure, but that sounds correct.  I know the Windows installer uses a basic driver of some sort, and likely assumes a working framebuffer exists

I have query regarding GOP driver in UEFI.  Here is query details.

If BIOS don't load UEFI GOP driver for  GPU and system boots into OS. 
Will latest windows /linux OS will be up with display or the display will be blank out.
