The latest git code bricks my Lenovo X230. After a git bisect, I found the bad commit is 9438699[1] and reverting will work. The log from USB debug console says there's an exception after the ``erase MRC cache`` message.

Lenovo X230 has two flash chips. I don't know if it's related to this.
