not always. that's what sparse can be useful for.

BTW: I did a new scanbuild run today: http://www.coresystems.de/~stepan/coreboot-scanbuild/

Patches and bug fixes are welcome.

If anyone succeeds to get sparse running with coreboot, i'll give it a try, too. It didn't work all too well when i tried.
