Sorry mine is TE28F320C3TC70 (Intel) 32Mbit Flash memory. If I have to boot from Flash memory what part of linux bios should I concentrate? What changes has to be done?

it means that you said "4 MB" which is a common mistake. If you send me
the part # of flash I will bet it is actually 4Mbits (i.e. 4 Mb)

you can't put linux kernel in 4Mbits any more.
