For the above note this holds good for already installed OS.
In case if we are trying to install windows OS for the first time and GOP driver is not loaded for the Intel iGPU in that case I understand there will be blank out.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

with Intel iGPUs and using Tianocore UEFI payload, Linux is fine regardless if the display is initialized or not by GOP driver. Windows is fine as long as valid VBT data has been loaded into the Intel ACPI OpRegion, and the OpRegion is valid/has been fully populated.
