This is a very interesting point about time to market, which is everything nowadays. I regret that ARM decided to take such a strong UEFI position with the v8 but maybe the market will force them back to more openness. Zoran, you make a good economic point for openness.
Let's hope RISCV avoids the same UEFI mistake, though companies like HP seem to want to push them into UEFI.
