Hm. I just found a web site which claims that ASD chips are Winbond OEM
or the other way round. Try this hacky patch:

AE49F2008 found at physical address 0xfffc0000.
Flash part is AE49F2008 (256 KB).

Now flashrom rocognizes at least one chip with this board :)
