Maybe we need to make the visitor segmentation more visible, but I'd expect non-technical users to fit in the "For End Users" bucket.
After talking about generic benefits, it points to producers of coreboot-supported hardware (such as Chrome OS and Purism) and to coreboot distros like Libreboot and MrChromebox's.

So that's pretty much what you're proposing, no?
