As mentioned on http://www.coreboot.org/GSoC:

"By the time you have submitted your application, you should have downloaded, built and booted coreboot in QEMU, SimNow, or on real hardware. Please, email your serial outputs to the mailing list"

I successfully build coreboot and used SeaBIOS as payload.

The other thing to do is send a patch to Gerrit for review. Could you please help me with finding a small task which I could do and then send? Thank you in advance.
